China and Greece Quakes Ignored by EMSC

An earthquake measuring 4.2 on the open-ended Richter scale shook western Greece on Tuesday, the Athens Geodynamics Institute said. No casualties or damage were reported after the tremor struck at 09:35 GMT, neither in the nearby city of Patras nor at the site where the 2.2 kilometer Rio-Antirio bridge, one of the world's largest suspension bridges, is currently under construction.

An earthquake measuring 4.9 on the Richter scale rocked Taiwan Tuesday, seismologists said. There were no reports of damage or casualties. The tremor struck at 1:51 PM (0551 GMT) with an epicenter 16.8 kilometers (10.42 miles) southeast of Hsilin in eastern Hualien County, the Seismology Center said.

Both missing from the EMSC yesterday. Note EMSC is where people go to get statistics because the USGS vastly under-reports and drops quakes. Now this site too is compromised.
